A scientifically based, holistic treatment method ### History & Origin Osteopathy was founded at the end of the 19th century by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still in the USA. Still recognized that the body functions as a unit and possesses self-healing powers. Today, osteopathy is a recognized form of therapy based on decades of research and clinical experience. ### Scientific Foundations Osteopathy is based on solid anatomical and physiological knowledge. Numerous studies demonstrate effectiveness for various conditions, particularly musculoskeletal problems, headaches, and functional disorders.
