## About Dr. Jochen Henn

As practice owner and specialist in internal medicine, Dr. Jochen Henn combines rigorous evidence-based expertise with a holistic approach to patient care. He has been practising at Lake Tegernsee for more than 30 years and has built an excellent reputation as an experienced GP and internist.

### Longevity specialist since 2001

Dr. Henn has focused on longevity medicine since 2001, with decades of experience in high-dose vitamin infusions, high-dose ozone therapy, Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training (IHHT), naturopathy and nutritional medicine. His own research on the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids underscores his expertise in this field.

Dr. Henn works closely with high performers from business, sport and politics to optimise their health and performance long-term. He has given numerous lectures in Germany and abroad and enjoys sharing his knowledge with a broad audience.
