Dagong Global Credit Rating has printed an international ranking of neobanks.

Neobank – The prefix neo within the new time period „neobank“ in Greek means „new“ (from the Greek neos new), i.e. neobanks are upgraded and modernised banks, usually modernised with fashionable performance and forms of communication and knowledge switch together with basic elements like internet (websites, offices) and cellular financial institution (apps, messaging, phone management).

The rating contains only full-fledged banks working under banking licenses and beneath full control of hyperregulators. Payment systems and organisations working underneath fee operators‘ licences are not included within the rating.
